Aang Lakey (they/them) is an international speaker, Leadership & Consciousness Coach, and Founder and CEO of Increasing Consciousness. With a background spanning military service, federal roles as a Diversity and Inclusion Specialist and Senior Advisor, and over a decade advising leadership teams across sectors, Aang brings a uniquely grounded perspective to inclusive leadership. Their work is informed by an MSW from the University of Vermont and an MS in Human Relations and Organization Development. Aang is the author of the Leadership Consciousness Essentials series and a featured speaker at forums and summits globally.
