Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your registration for and participation in the Forum on Workplace Inclusion 2026 (“the Conference”), organized by ISI Metrics, LLC (“ISI Metrics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Conference will be held May 27–28, 2026 in Minneapolis, MN.
By registering for the Conference, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before completing your registration.
1. Registration, Payment, and Refunds
Registration Registration for the Forum on Workplace Inclusion 2026 is open to individuals 18 years of age or older. Registration is complete upon receipt of full payment and issuance of a confirmation email. Registrations are non-transferable except as described below. Pricing Conference registration is offered at the following rates:
ISI Metrics reserves the right to change pricing at any time prior to your registration being completed. Once payment is confirmed, your rate is locked.
Full payment is required at the time of registration. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on the registration page. All payments are processed in U.S. dollars.
Transfers
Registration may be transferred to another individual within the same organization at no additional charge, provided written notice is sent to Forum@isimetrics.com no later than May 14, 2026. Transfer requests received after that date cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Forum@isimetrics.com. The following schedule applies:
In the event you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred in lieu of a refund (see Transfers above). ISI Metrics will not issue refunds for no-shows.
Conference Cancellation or Postponement
If ISI Metrics cancels the Conference due to circumstances within our control, registered attendees will receive a full refund. If the Conference is postponed, registrations will be applied to the rescheduled event. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the postponement announcement.
ISI Metrics is not responsible for travel, lodging, or other costs incurred by attendees in connection with a cancellation or postponement.

• Early-bird rate: $499 (available for a limited time; ends on the date published at forumworkplaceinclusion.net)
• Standard rate: $599
• Student rate: 50% discount off the applicable rate, subject to availability and verification of current enrollment

• Cancellations received on or before April 30, 2026: full refund, less a $50 administrative fee
• Cancellations received May 1–14, 2026: 50% refund
• Cancellations received after May 14, 2026: no refund

The Forum on Workplace Inclusion is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all participants, including attendees, speakers, sponsors, facilitators, and staff. By registering, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with this Code of Conduct throughout all Conference activities, including sessions, networking events, and online communications related to the Conference.
• Treat all participants with respect and professionalism
• Engage in good-faith dialogue, including across differences of perspective or experience
• Respect the confidentiality of conversations shared in sessions or small-group settings
• Follow instructions from Conference staff and venue personnel
The following conduct will not be tolerated:
• Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination of any kind, including on the basis of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, age, or national origin
• Disruptive behavior that interferes with sessions or the experience of other participants
• Unauthorized solicitation, canvassing, or distribution of materials
• Recording of sessions without prior written authorization (see Section 3)
• Any conduct that violates applicable law
ISI Metrics reserves the right to remove any participant from the Conference, without refund, for conduct that violates this Code of Conduct or that ISI Metrics determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to other participants or to the Conference environment. Removed participants may be prohibited from attending future Forum on Workplace Inclusion events.
To report a Code of Conduct concern, contact Conference staff on-site or email Forum@isimetrics.com.
ISI Metrics and its authorized representatives may photograph, record, or livestream Conference sessions and events. By registering and attending, you grant ISI Metrics a royalty-free, perpetual license to use your image, likeness, and voice in connection with promotional, educational, and archival materials related to the Forum on Workplace Inclusion, including future conferences.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, notify Conference staff on-site. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee exclusion from crowd or venue photography.
Attendees may take photographs and personal notes for their own professional development. Audio or video recording of sessions, keynotes, or facilitated discussions is not permitted without prior written authorization from ISI Metrics.
Photographs of other participants that identify individuals may not be published or shared publicly without the consent of those individuals.
To request recording authorization, contact Forum@isimetrics.com in advance of the Conference.
All content presented at the Forum on Workplace Inclusion 2026, including keynotes, breakout sessions, panel discussions, and facilitated workshops, is the intellectual property of the respective presenters or their organizations. Attendees may use frameworks, concepts, and ideas from sessions for their own professional practice but may not reproduce, distribute, or publish session content in any form without the express written consent of the presenter.
Any materials produced or distributed by ISI Metrics in connection with the Conference, including handouts, slide decks provided by ISI Metrics, and digital resources, are protected by copyright. These materials may be used for personal, non-commercial professional development purposes only. Reproduction or distribution for commercial use requires written authorization from ISI Metrics.
If you share content about the Conference on social media or other public platforms, you represent that you have the right to share that content and that doing so does not violate the rights of any speaker, fellow attendee, or third party. Use of the Conference hashtag #FWI2026 constitutes your agreement that ISI Metrics may reshare or repost your public content in connection with Conference promotion.
Attendance at the Forum on Workplace Inclusion 2026 is voluntary. By registering, you acknowledge that in-person events carry inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property loss, and travel-related incidents. You assume full responsibility for your personal safety and belongings during all Conference activities.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ISI Metrics, its officers, employees, contractors, sponsors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your attendance at or participation in the Conference, including but not limited to:
• Personal injury or property damage occurring at the Conference venue
• Loss or theft of personal belongings
• Travel disruptions, cancellations, or expenses
• Health-related incidents, including illness or injury
• Actions of other attendees, speakers, or third parties
ISI Metrics’ total liability to any registrant, for any reason, shall not exceed the amount paid by that registrant for Conference registration.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ISI Metrics and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your conduct at the Conference, or your violation of any applicable law.
ISI Metrics will comply with all applicable health and safety requirements in effect at the time of the Conference. We reserve the right to implement additional health and safety protocols at our discretion. Failure to comply with on-site health and safety requirements may result in removal from the Conference without refund.
ISI Metrics shall not be liable for failure to fulfill its obligations under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government orders, public health emergencies, venue unavailability, or other events that make holding the Conference impractical or impossible.
This section applies to organizations participating in the Forum on Workplace Inclusion 2026 as sponsors, exhibitors, or organizational partners (“Sponsors”). Participation as a Sponsor is subject to these Terms and any separate sponsorship agreement between the Sponsor and ISI Metrics. In the event of conflict, the sponsorship agreement governs.
Sponsors agree to:
• Represent their organizations accurately and professionally at all times
• Comply with the Conference Code of Conduct (Section 2)
• Limit promotional activities to designated sponsor areas and formats as agreed in their sponsorship agreement
• Not engage in unsolicited or aggressive solicitation of attendees
Sponsors are responsible for ensuring that all materials, branding, and content they provide or display at the Conference do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. ISI Metrics assumes no liability for Sponsor-provided content.
ISI Metrics may use Sponsor logos and names in Conference promotional materials as outlined in the sponsorship agreement. Sponsors may not use the Forum on Workplace Inclusion name, logo, or branding in their own materials without prior written approval from ISI Metrics.
Sponsor cancellation terms are governed by the individual sponsorship agreement. In the absence of a written agreement, cancellations received more than 60 days prior to the Conference will receive a 50% refund of sponsorship fees paid. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received within 60 days of the Conference.
In the event ISI Metrics cancels the Conference, Sponsors will receive a pro-rata refund of sponsorship fees paid, less any non-recoverable costs incurred on behalf of the Sponsor. ISI Metrics is not responsible for Sponsor costs related to travel, materials, staffing, or other pre-Conference expenditures.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your participation in the Conference shall be resolved in the courts of Hennepin County, Minnesota.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with any applicable sponsorship agreement or other written agreement between you and ISI Metrics, constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Conference and supersede all prior communications or understandings on the same subject.
ISI Metrics reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted at forumworkplaceinclusion.net. Continued participation in the Conference following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
