The Forum Continues
The conversations did not end when the Forum closed in May. They moved into the work, into your teams, into the rooms where inclusion actually happens.
Now we are keeping the community together year round.
“Throughout the year, we host live webinars with a different industry expert or practitioner. These sessions carry forward what we built together at the Forum on Workplace Inclusion. They are for the people still doing the work, still pushing, still showing up.
This is how we stay connected between conferences.
Part of the “Same pool, different lanes” Speaker series
A three-part series on boundaries, courage, and care — for DEI professionals, HR professionals, and ERG leaders
We’re all swimming in the same pool. But somewhere along the way, the people responsible for culture, equity, and engagement started getting handed the whole deep end — the workload of ten roles, without the authority, budget, or backup of even one.
This fall, we’re changing that. Across three sessions, we’ll get honest about what your role actually is, how to hold the line when the ground keeps shifting beneath you, and how to do this work without it costing you everything.
Come for one. Come for all three. Bring a colleague who’s been carrying too much.

Policies are shifting, enforcement priorities are changing, and the people doing inclusion work are often caught in the middle. You still have goals to meet and people counting on you, but the ground keeps moving.
This session is about what comes next: how to keep the work going when the obvious path is blocked, how to manage risk without giving up ground, and how to make the case for progress to leaders who are nervous about it.

Later this fall: one more great session!
You’ve spent all year holding space for everyone else — absorbing the tension, carrying the workload, being the person people come to when something’s wrong. This session is for you.
We cannot do it all. Not because we aren’t capable, but because no one is — and the people doing culture, equity, and engagement work are burning out at a rate the work simply can’t sustain. Before the year closes, let’s talk honestly about what it costs to keep giving from empty, and what it looks like to be as kind to ourselves as we are to everyone else.
This is part reflection, part practical strategy, and part permission — to rest, to set down what was never yours to hold, and to walk into the new year with something left in the tank.

Webinar Replays
When an inclusion role keeps widening, where does it actually begin and end? Stacey Gordon, Su Joun and Christopher Bylone dig into which responsibilities to keep, which to hand back, and why “responsibility without accountability and resources is nothing.” The full conversation is now available as a free replay, with captions and chapter markers so you can jump to what matters most to you.
The Forum on Workplace Inclusion does not end when the annual conference closes. Every month, we bring practitioners together for honest conversations about the work, the pressure, and what is actually moving the needle inside real organizations. If you missed one live, you can catch the replay here.

The Forum has always been powered by its practitioners. If you are doing meaningful work in inclusion and you have something worth sharing, we want to hear from you.
We are looking for industry experts and practitioners to host upcoming webinars. Whether you have a framework that works, a hard lesson learned, or a conversation the field needs to have, this is your room.
Tell us a little about yourself and what you would like to present. If it is a fit, we will reach back out to talk through the details.
